Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to install, maintain, and provide support for IP telephony equipment, with a focus on network/IT projects and training. Key Highlights: 1. Role focused on IP telephony installation and maintenance. 2. Participation in monitoring network/IT projects. 3. Opportunity for internal training. Target Candidates: \- Degrees in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields. Candidates from other disciplines should not apply. \- Focused on individuals not currently engaged in academic activities. Job Responsibilities: \- Install IP telephony equipment and central systems. \- Monitor network/IT projects. \- Prepare and submit documentation (reports, manuals, etc.) regarding performed installations. \- Provide post-sales support for IP telephony equipment. \- Perform maintenance on IP telephony equipment. \- Conduct basic training related to performed work. \- Ticket control, tracking, escalation, and response handling. \- Experience configuring and troubleshooting SIP protocol and Asterisk PBX-related issues. (Desirable) NOTE: We will provide training on procedures, policies, and corporate culture as part of the onboarding process.
