Job Summary: We are seeking a Field HSE Advisor to supervise and advise on health, safety, and environmental standards for mining construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advising on and supervising HSE standards in construction projects. 2. Conducting inspections and follow-up reports. 3. Developing inductions, training sessions, and awareness campaigns. We are currently recruiting professionals for the **Field HSE Advisor**, Intermediate position to join our team. **About You** * University degree, licensed and registered as a Professional Engineer in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, or related disciplines. * Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Safety Supervisor in construction projects for large-scale mining or related industries. * Training or specialized studies in technical occupational health and safety topics, risk prevention, incident investigation, applicable legislation, and emergency response. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards. * Availability to work under a (14x7) schedule for a 2-month project. **About the Role** * Provide advice and supervision to personnel engaged in construction activities regarding project-specific standards and compliance with Ausenco’s internal HSE controls. * Conduct ongoing inspections of work areas and communicate any deviations identified. * Generate follow-up reports (daily, weekly, or monthly) or other reports as requested. * Inspect mobile equipment, work areas, and HSE-related processes. * Develop inductions, training sessions, and specific safety courses for high-risk work. * Maintain project induction and training records. * Develop awareness campaigns on safety, health, and environmental topics. * Conduct HSE audits. * Administer/maintain the HSE management system.
