Our Fund Administration Company, PrudentialSAF, part of the Habitat Group, is seeking a Functional IT Analyst.
Mission
Ensure operational and documentation support for Systems Department projects by executing quality testing, developing and updating policies, procedures, and manuals, and monitoring technological implementations.
Responsibilities
Execute functional and end-to-end (UAT) testing, validating that implemented solutions meet requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document user functional requirements for the development and implementation of technological solutions.
Develop, maintain, and update functional and technical system documentation.
Provide functional training and support to users on implemented applications and tools, assisting with first-level inquiries and incidents.
Coordinate and monitor assigned technology projects.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose process optimization initiatives through technological solutions and automation.
Develop and keep updated policies, procedures, manuals, and guidelines related to departmental processes and systems.
Coordinate with vendors and user departments on activities required for the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems.
Prepare reports and performance indicators for project tracking, incident resolution, and implemented improvements to support decision-making.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in this role or performing similar functions.
Adaptability to a hybrid work model (at least 3 days on-site and 2 days remote).
**Desirable:** Certification in Agile methodologies.
**Desirable:** Database management skills (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
**Desirable:** Proficiency in programming languages (Java, C\#, Visual Basic, Python, etc.).
**Desirable:** Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX).
**Desirable:** Experience in project planning and management.
**Desirable:** Familiarity with software development tools and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
