"TRADE SANDDER GROUP S.A.C.", a footwear sole manufacturing company, is seeking talent for the position of IT Analyst. **PROFILE** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Main Responsibilities:** * Automate and systematize processes across various departments by identifying improvement opportunities through technological solutions. * Gather user requirements and propose solutions using ERP systems, databases, automation tools, and custom-built systems. * Administer and centralize corporate system information, generating reports and metrics to support decision-making. * Manage users, roles, and access rights, ensuring information security and confidentiality. * Monitor servers, networks, equipment, and technology services to guarantee operational continuity. * Execute and validate backups of critical information and perform technological security controls. * Provide technical and functional support to users, addressing hardware, software, ERP, and connectivity incidents. * Train users and develop guides for using implemented tools and systems. * Participate in innovation, digital transformation, and continuous process improvement projects. * Contribute to compliance with information security policies and Integrated Management System standards.
