Job Summary: We are seeking Junior Electronic Engineers to participate in telecommunications projects, with experience in radio communication and technical support, performing equipment maintenance and configuration. We are a company specialized in telecommunications solutions, seeking **Junior Electronic Engineers** with experience in radio communication and technical support to participate in projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of analog and digital radios. * Programming of Motorola radio equipment. * Configuration, testing, and commissioning of communication systems. * Use of laptop with Motorola programming software (CPS). * Handling measurement tools such as multimeters. * Field inventory of Motorola radio equipment. * Preparation of technical reports on performed activities. * Support in controlling and registering equipment in the workshop, deliveries, and pickups. **Requirements** * Electronic / Telecommunications Engineer (graduated or bachelor's degree). * **Desirable experience of 1 year** in telecommunications, radio communication, or technical service projects. (non-exclusive) * Knowledge in: \- Analog and digital radios. \- Applied electronics (filters, impedances, amplifiers). \- Use of multimeter or other measurement tools. \- Experience in radio communication and technical service. * **Desirable:** experience in the mining sector. * Availability to travel outside Lima. * Desirable knowledge of fiber optics or AutoCAD. * High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate/advanced) **Skills** * Leadership and team supervision. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Decision making. * Organization and planning. * Working under pressure. * Strong sense of responsibility. **Benefits** * Per diems covered according to the project regime. * Ongoing training in safety, telecommunications, and operational management. * **Opportunity for professional development and participation in future projects.** * Timely payments. **Possibility of continuity in the company’s new projects based on** performance.
