Team leadership and management **Job Description** GRUPO JJD E.I.R.L., a company engaged in the extraction and commercialization of raw salt (halite), is seeking a Mining Engineer to join our operational unit located in Guadalupito – Chimbote. **Academic Qualifications:** * Degree in Mining Engineering. * Licensed and registered with the professional association (preferred). * Specialization in Mining Safety, Operations Management, or related fields (preferred). **Required Experience:** * Minimum 02 years of experience in mining operations or extractive activities. * Experience in production supervision and control. * Experience in occupational safety and health management. * Experience in preparing technical reports and production indicators. * Experience in quarries, salt pans, non-metallic mining, or related activities will be valued. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control raw salt (halite) extraction and production activities. * Coordinate efficient use of equipment, machinery, and operational personnel. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. * Implement operational improvements aimed at increasing productivity and optimizing resources. * Coordinate with administrative and operational departments to ensure achievement of production targets. * Monitor management indicators and propose corrective actions as appropriate. * Supervise compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. **Knowledge / Skills:** * Knowledge of extractive operations and production control. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to prepare technical reports and manage operational indicators. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **Personal Competencies:** * Leadership and team management capability. * Results-oriented mindset. * Planning and organizational skills. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities. * High sense of responsibility, commitment, and initiative. **We Offer:** * Formal employment contract upon evaluation. * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience. * Professional growth opportunity. * Excellent working environment. **Work Location:** Guadalupito – Chimbote. **Position Type:** Full-time. **Work Modality:** On-site. **Application Process:** Interested candidates must submit their duly documented CV indicating their salary expectations.
