Join a company recognized in the mining and renewable energy sectors. **Operations Supervisor** **SOMO EPC INGENIERIAS is seeking personnel for our YURA project: organized, leadership-oriented, and committed individuals who will supervise and ensure the proper execution of work, guaranteeing quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines.** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a supervisor, preferably in fieldwork. * Ability to lead and supervise fieldwork teams. * Knowledge of photovoltaic processes (not mandatory). * Experience managing teams, quality control, and progress supervision. * Ability to deliver safety talks, coordinate, and follow up with personnel. * Knowledge of labor insurance and safety regulations. * Leadership, command presence, strong oral communication skills, and personnel management ability. * Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding targets. * High degree of commitment, punctuality, and responsibility. * Residence in Arequipa (not mandatory). * Immediate availability. **We Offer:** * Employment with a company recognized in the mining and renewable energy sectors. * Civil-regime employment contract, with all statutory benefits. * Work within a team committed to quality, safety, and efficiency. * Career development path. * Formal payroll registration. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. **Join a project building infrastructure for a more sustainable Peru!** **Apply now and become part of EPC INGENIERÍA.** Salary: Starting from S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
