Position Summary: Stantec is seeking a Program Controller in Peru to plan, monitor, and control project resources and financial performance, providing support to PMs. Key Highlights: 1. Keep projects within budget and schedule. **Requisition Number:** 23951BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire a PROGRAM CONTROLLER for its offices in Peru, a professional with at least 10 years of general work experience. Key responsibilities include: * Planning, monitoring, and controlling project resources. * Monitoring project financial performance. * Timely alerting of budget deviations. * Supporting PMs and maintaining constant coordination with the Project Control team. * Supporting team organization and interacting with team members, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project goals and support area and business development. * Supporting proposals and assisting in their development. * Ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality of work across projects and deliverables. * Keeping projects within budget and schedule. * Maintaining healthy cash flow through disciplined tracking of valuations and invoices. **Qualifications:** Requirements for this position include: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Project Controls Specialist (preferred). * Advanced proficiency in office software. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Project. * Intermediate proficiency in English. **About Stantec:** Stantec’s community comprises approximately 34,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
