Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Analyst to lead committees, ensure adherence to planning, identify requirements, and monitor development projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead project committees and deliver presentations 2. Ensure and control the planning of development projects 3. Identify, gather requirements, and manage stakeholders Responsibilities: Lead project committees and deliver presentations and reports. Ensure and control compliance with the planning of assigned development projects requested by management. Identify and gather requirements, assumptions, risks, initial constraints, and existing agreements. Develop the project charter. Identify stakeholders and determine their expectations, influence, and impact. Monitor weekly/biweekly achievement of milestones and key activities, establishing communication and coordination protocols among stakeholders. Record and track commitments and activities, preparing presentations and conducting field visits. Plan and ensure execution of working meetings, progress tracking, and performance indicator monitoring for projects. Collect work performance data. Receive change requests and ensure implementation only of approved changes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Sanitary Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Two (2) years of experience in similar positions.
