Project Analyst Assistant

Position Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's degree holder in Electrical Engineering or Geographical Engineering with experience in rural/urban cadastral surveying and property regularization to manage and supervise projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Rural/Urban Cadastral Surveying and Property Regularization. 2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Google Earth, and Office. 3. Project management planning and monitoring. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Geographical Engineering. * Experience in Rural/Urban Cadastral Surveying and Property Regularization. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Google Earth Office (including Project). * Experience in using AutoCAD and ArcGIS. * Proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge (preferably) of electrical transmission line projects. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain up-to-date project management dashboards. * Present and train the entire project team on the use of existing or newly developed processes. * Conduct daily monitoring of land management staff and their assistants. * Prepare valuations for milestones achieved during project execution. * Report project team expectations to the project coordinator. * Prepare reports requested by the coordinator and/or client. * Supervise proper utilization of resources allocated to the entire project team. Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
