**Job Requirements**
* **Academic Qualification:** Engineer, architect, or professional with a degree related to engineering and construction projects (a professional license or formal registration is not explicitly required for this position).
* **General Work Experience:** Minimum of 5 years.
* **Specific Work Experience:**
+ Minimum of 3 years in Project Controls, planning, project control, and/or project documentation management within engineering or construction projects.
+ Experience in industrial, construction, or installation projects.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project (schedule development, updating, and tracking).
+ Experience with physical progress tracking, Look Ahead, milestones, constraints, critical path, and reporting.
+ Experience with drawing control, document reviews, *transmittals*, master registers, and document repositories.
+ Desirable (not mandatory): Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or other document management platforms.
* **Experience Calculation:** Counted from the date of graduation.
* **Work Schedule:** On-site, Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (48 weekly hours, including a daily 1-hour non-compensable break).
* **Work Location:** Cercado de Lima (two adjacent offices; walking distance between both; no vehicle operation required).
**Main Responsibilities**
* Maintain and update schedules for both projects using Microsoft Project, ensuring traceability of milestones, dependencies, progress, and critical path.
* Review and analyze schedules submitted by contractors, consolidating planned versus actual progress and maintaining historical records.
* Keep the *Look Ahead*, *Milestone Register*, and *Constraint/Interface Log* up to date.
* Identify delayed activities, deviation trends, and upcoming constraints likely to impact schedules.
* Provide control and traceability support for progress payments, coordinated with the Civil Coordinator/Supervisor.
* Implement and maintain master documentation registers (*Master Drawing Register/Drawing Log*, *transmittals*, revisions).
* Keep the *Action Log*, *Decision Log*, *Change Log* up to date, and formally manage the *Risk Register* using information provided by responsible parties.
* Prepare meeting materials, track action items/commitment dates, and compile the basis for the Integrated Weekly Service Report and agreed-upon *dashboards* or indicators.
