Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage, supervise, and plan comprehensive corporate projects, including air conditioning, HVAC, and industrial maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and evaluate the performance of the PCP department We are a company located in **San Martín de Porres**, dedicated to providing comprehensive corporate solutions; therefore, we are seeking a candidate with expertise in project management, supervision, and planning. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree or professional title in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. \- Specialized studies in PMP/PMBOK/Project Management. \- Leadership skills, strategic planning ability, and results-oriented mindset. \- Advanced MS Office / Power BI (desirable); Intermediate AutoCAD (desirable). \- Minimum 2 years of experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Manage and supervise projects (air conditioning, HVAC, infrastructure and industrial equipment maintenance, etc.). · Quote and budget projects (air conditioning, HVAC, infrastructure and industrial equipment maintenance, etc.). · Develop service execution plans. · Collect required information from clients prior to project commencement. · Prepare and modify drawings for various projects. · Develop work plans for various projects. · Prepare technical reports for completed services. · Coordinate the signing of service acceptance certificates. · Quote maintenance and installation services, among others. · Approve and validate the company’s operational budget. · Efficiently and effectively lead PCP department operations. · Supervise progress and follow-up of the PCP team under supervision. · Supervise and validate departmental objectives. · Approve and review the design, measurement, and evaluation of departmental performance. · Evaluate and analyze KPIs within the PCP department. · Ensure compliance with established regulations and procedures in the PCP department. · Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
