Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are properly filed and stored. Record invoices using computer software. Reject damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies. Notify manager or supervisor of low inventory levels. Verify and track received inventory and maintain related reports and records. Reconcile freight invoices and receiving reports to ensure counting accuracy. Receive, unload, and process deliveries. Reject damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Resolve issues related to supplier delivery matters and oversee the return process. Follow food safety guidelines and handling policies and procedures for all food-related areas. Monitor PAR levels for all food products to ensure appropriate stock levels. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; conduct safety training and obtain safety certifications. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (22.50 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery (e.g., to identify defects). Enter and locate job-related information using computers or point-of-sale systems. Reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting waist, pulling, and stooping. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairways. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
