REQUIREMENTS: * Professional degree in Civil Engineering and/or related fields. * Minimum \[01/02] years of experience in construction execution and supervision. * Personnel management and field activity control. * Knowledge of valuation, quantity surveying, and technical reporting. * Immediate availability for field work in Codo del Pozuzo. * Leadership and teamwork skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and control daily construction site activities. (CONFIRMED ROADS) * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and operational staff. * Prepare progress reports and documentation. * Verify adherence to schedules and quality standards. * Ensure compliance with on-site safety regulations.
