Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Specialty Engineer to supervise installations for a retail shopping center expansion project. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure quality and compliance with safety standards on site. **SPECIALTY ENGINEER** **Project: Shopping Center Expansion (Retail Construction)\- LURIN** We are currently seeking a **Specialty Engineer** to join our team on a shopping center expansion project in Lima. We seek a proactive, organized professional with experience in coordination and supervision of installations in retail projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in supervising and controlling the execution of: * Electrical installations (power and lighting). * Sanitary installations. * Mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC). * Fire protection systems (detection and piping networks). * Coordination with subcontractors and technical specialties. * Verification of drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical specifications. * Quality control and compliance with safety standards. * Monitoring of construction schedule and progress reporting. * Support in system testing, protocols, and commissioning. * Coordination with site supervision, project management, and client. **Requirements** * Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Sanitary, or related Engineering degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction projects; experience in retail or shopping center projects is preferred. * Knowledge of current Peruvian regulations (RNE and applicable technical standards). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project (preferred). * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure.
