Job Summary: A technical or university-level professional responsible for managing tools, materials, and equipment used in the production of advertising items, ensuring their availability and good condition. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with maintenance teams 2. Inventory and advertising materials management 3. Compliance with safety and environmental regulations Responsibilities: · Maintain records of tools and equipment used in production. · Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure tool availability and good condition. · Manage tool replenishment and repair as needed. · Organize and manage storage of materials used in manufacturing advertising items such as metal signs, billboards, etc. · Label and classify materials according to advertising projects. · Ensure material availability according to specifications provided by the requesting department. · Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that equipment used in advertising item production remains in good working condition. · Comply with safety regulations and protocols when handling advertising items, especially those intended for outdoor spaces. · Maintain detailed records of materials used in advertising projects. · Prepare regular reports on inventory status and outdoor advertising-related operations. · Coordinate safe disposal of waste and unused materials. · Follow environmental and safety regulations in waste management. · Supervise the entry and exit of materials used in manufacturing. · Ensure materials are stored in accordance with safety and environmental regulations. Requirements Technical or university-level professional Office software proficiency SAP experience — not mandatory Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturdays 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1-hour lunch break Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
