This position targets **university students, technical institute students, or individuals interested** in professionally developing web development skills using WordPress. You will participate in the creation, editing, and optimization of corporate websites, collaborating with the design and development team to build functional, responsive, and user-experience-oriented pages. Throughout the program, you will **strengthen your knowledge, gain practical experience, and develop professional skills**, using WordPress and agile methodologies such as **Scrum**, applied in real-world web development projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Create and edit web pages using WordPress. * Design interfaces using Gutenberg, Elementor, and other visual builders. * Organize website content and visual structure. * Implement responsive designs for various devices. * Configure forms, sections, and visual components. * Apply basic UX/UI principles to improve user experience. * Optimize website performance and overall structure. * Collaborate with the Web Design team on improvement proposals. * Participate in ongoing project reviews and enhancements. * Serve as a WordPress Developer in assigned projects, with potential growth toward the **Web Architect** role. **Candidate Profile** We seek **university students, technical institute students, or individuals interested** in professionally developing web development skills with WordPress, from disciplines including: * Systems Engineering. * Software Engineering. * Computer Engineering. * Computing and Informatics. * Software Development. * Web Design. * Graphic Design. * Digital Communication. * Multimedia. * Related fields.
