Position Summary: We are seeking an Environmental Specialist to prepare environmental management instruments, coordinate projects, and supervise teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team supervision and development We require hiring an Environmental Specialist in Lima. Education: Professional degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Biology, or related fields. Postgraduate diploma, specialization, or master’s degree in environmental regulatory topics, environmental law, or similar disciplines. Functions / Responsibilities * Preparation of environmental management instruments (DIA, EIAsd, EIAd, etc.), environmental permits, and/or other environmental consulting services provided by the company. * Support client coordination activities while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. * Support office-based activities, including quality control of technical reports and tasks or projects assigned to the specialist. * Process and systematize information for preparing environmental management instruments. * Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for service generation and strengthening commercial relationships. * Supervise and develop work teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring deliverable quality. * Support preparation of technical and economic proposals, as well as scope change requests for ongoing services. * Other tasks related to project coordination and management support. * Other duties assigned as needed. Experience: Minimum 6 years in project coordination, permits, and authorizations; project management experience. Desired experience in consulting firms or sustainability/environmental management departments within companies. Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,300.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Lima
