Job Summary: Junior Operations Supervisor to plan and supervise daily operational activities in mining, manage documentation, and support safety initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and management of mining operations. 2. Coordination of resources and preparation of reports. 3. Support in occupational and environmental safety. **JUNIOR OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed Mechanical Engineer. * Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision and operations within the mining industry. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and OSH audits. * Familiarity with mining legislation, occupational safety, and environmental regulations. * Proficiency in operational documentation: IPERC, ATS, PETAR, etc. * Class A1 driver's license (desirable). * Willingness to work at 4,500 m.a.s.l. under atypical work regime. * Preferably reside in Lima or Huaraz. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and supervise daily operational activities and shift handover. * Coordinate truck fleet allocation, logistics, and operational resources. * Prepare daily and weekly reports, and monitor KPIs. * Manage operational documentation and client reporting. * Supervise fieldwork and document observations. * Support safety management in collaboration with the HSE department. * Participate in the development of IPERC, ATS, PETAR, and operational controls. * Coordinate vacations, leave requests, and rest days with HR. * Operate vehicles and transport personnel as required by operations. * Ensure order, cleanliness, compliance with standards, and a positive work environment. **BENEFITS:** * Work schedule: Atypical 20 x 10 mine-based model. * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Formal employment registration with statutory benefits. * Work location: Huaraz – Antamina. * On-site mine days include: Accommodation, transportation, and full meals. **Note: Please send your CV to the following email address: delicia.vargas@ecoseam.com.pe**/ **944 755 750** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,500\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
