* Responsible for conducting physical and chemical, microbiological analyses.
* Responsible for sampling and monitoring fresh milk routes and payment samples to comply with the physicochemical and microbiological monitoring plan.
* Responsible for preparation of reagents and materials for physicochemical and microbiological monitoring.
* Responsible for implementing the Laboratory Self-Control Plan.
* Responsible for performing laboratory inventory according to established frequency.
* Comply with ISO 17025 requirements and requirements of integrated management system standards (ISO 17025, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\).
* Conduct periodic audits of vertical methods, GLP, and safety.
* Know, apply, improve, and keep updated the Self-Control Plan (SCP), chemical compatibility matrix, TSRA risk matrix, Quality competency matrix, and analytical competency matrix.
* Maintain up-to-date inventory of materials and culture media and ensure FIFO.
**What Will Make You Successful:*** University graduate or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Laboratory Assistant or Intern in food, water, and environmental testing laboratories.
* Knowledge of physicochemical and microbiological analysis techniques.
* Knowledge of ISO 17025\.
