Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed professional with experience in occupational safety and health to analyze risks, implement OSH measures, conduct inspections, and monitor hygiene conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the annual OSH plan. 2. Conduct regular inspections and monitor occupational hygiene conditions. 3. Record and investigate incidents and near-misses. REQUIREMENTS: \- Valid professional license \- Knowledge of occupational safety and health \- Immediate availability \- Residence in areas close to the Callao headquarters \- Minimum 2 years of experience after obtaining professional licensure HEADQUARTERS: CALLAO COMPETENCIES: \- Ability to work under pressure \- Effective communication at all levels \- Organizational skills \- Results-oriented mindset \- Analytical leadership capability \- Problem-solving ability FUNCTIONS: \- Analyze and evaluate workplace risk conditions. \- Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the annual OSH plan. \- Participate in organizing and delivering safety and environmental training to staff. \- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with SOMA regulations. \- Support data collection and analysis for report preparation. \- Deliver morning safety and health talks. \- Verify proper delivery, usage, and condition of personnel PPE. \- Support waste management, segregation, and basic environmental control. \- Monitor occupational hygiene conditions (noise, dust, lighting, order, etc.). \- Record and investigate incidents and near-misses jointly with the responsible department.
