Job Summary: We are seeking a Research and Development Analyst with a tax and financial focus to develop managerial accounting and waste valorization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and analyze emerging technologies for waste valorization. 2. Develop technical proposals for sustainable solutions and circular economy. 3. Coordinate and deliver training on circular economy and innovation. We seek a Research and Development Analyst with a tax and financial focus to help us develop managerial accounting for decision-making. * Identify and analyze emerging technologies applicable to solid and liquid waste valorization. * Assess the technical and economic feasibility of recycling, transformation, or energy recovery processes for waste. * Develop technical proposals for new services or sustainable solutions based on circular economy principles. * Conduct market studies on trends, opportunities, and demand for environmental services and waste valorization. * Identify sustainable business opportunities through analysis of regulations, competitors, and customers. * Monitor and report on innovations and success cases in waste management and circularity at national and international levels. * Design, plan, and execute pilots or innovation tests for waste valorization. * Coordinate with Operations, Plant, and Commercial departments for implementation of new proposals or technologies. * Prepare technical and economic reports with impact analysis, return on investment, and project scalability assessments. * Provide technical support for commercial proposals differentiated by innovation or sustainability. * Prepare technical specifications, supporting documents, and presentations for clients or institutions. * Coordinate and deliver internal training on circular economy, valorization, and innovation. Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
