Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor committed to ensuring compliance with standards, implementing preventive tools, and managing safety on projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead supervision and compliance with SSOMA standards 2. Implement and monitor preventive management tools 3. Conduct investigations and develop corrective action plans **JOB OPENING** **JOIN OUR TEAM!** We seek committed talent eager to grow with us and add value to our projects in the **SOUTH REGION**. **POSITION:** **SSOMA Supervisor** **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree holder and licensed professional in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Hygiene and Safety Engineering, or Mining Engineering. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as an **SSOMA Supervisor** in earthworks and civil construction projects. * Completion of training/specialization courses in **SSOMA and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health)**. * Availability to work under a **14x7 work schedule**. * Preferably residing in: **Arequipa, Puno, Cusco, or Moquegua (South Region).** **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration. * Full statutory benefits. * Transportation, meals, and accommodation provided. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise compliance with established SSOMA standards and applicable regulations. * Implement and monitor IPERC, PETS, inspections, and other preventive management tools. * Conduct safety trainings, inductions, and follow-up on safety program implementation. * Investigate incidents and deviations, and develop corrective action plans. * Monitor fatigue controls, road safety, and critical risks associated with the service. * Prepare SSOMA reports and indicators for the client and Corporate SSOMA Management. **HOW TO APPLY** Interested candidates must send their **certified CV and Certificate of Professional Registration**, specifying the position applied for, to the following contact: **WhatsApp:** 982 843 926 **Email:** brenda.alanquia@ecosemcorire.com.pe Salary: S/.5,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
