Job Summary: IGH Group is seeking a Bowtie Trainer to deliver training on material event control in mine and plant maintenance, delivering hands-on training and facilitating the Bow Tie methodology. Development of recommendations for preventive management. **IGH Group**, a company dedicated to talent acquisition and management, is seeking a **Bowtie Trainer** to support the **Material Event Control Training Service for Mine and Plant Maintenance**, delivered via in-person training. **Essential Requirements:** * Class A2B driver's license * Proficiency in **Bow Tie analysis for high-potential events**. **Responsibilities** * Deliver practical training, identifying performance, leadership, and risk management gaps in the field. * Facilitate application of the Bow Tie methodology to identify high-potential events and critical controls. * Verify hazard identification and effectiveness of implemented controls. * Evaluate implementation of Continuous IPERC and PETAR during task execution. * Conduct field observations and provide immediate feedback. * Identify performance, leadership, and risk management gaps. * Develop recommendations to strengthen preventive management and material event control. **Requirements** **Academic Requirements** * Industrial, Mining, Environmental Engineering or related disciplines. * Leading facilitator in safety, risk analysis, control management, human factors, and field auditing. **Professional Experience Requirements** * Minimum **10 years of experience in mobile fleet and/or concentrator plant maintenance**. * Experience **delivering practical field training** to supervisors and experienced personnel. * Experience in **field control observation and behavioral analysis**. * Experience in **verification of critical controls in maintenance activities**. * Experience in **facilitating risk analysis exercises and practical application of the Bow Tie methodology**. **Technical Knowledge and Competencies** * Training and facilitation of the Bow Tie methodology applied to high-potential events. * Field verification and validation of critical controls. * Technical observation of operational activities. * Lifting and rigging operations. * Working at heights. * Confined space work. * Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). * Electrical safety. * Safety in hydraulic and mechanical systems. * Effective feedback and gap closure. * Development of visible leadership among supervisors. * Practical, behavior-change-oriented training. * Evaluation of Continuous IPERC and PETAR implementation. **Benefits** ***Included Benefits:*** * Accommodation provided * Meals provided during service Job Type: Temporary Work Location: In person
