Join our team as Environmental Manager for a large-scale logistics project!
**The Challenge:** We seek a sustainability-focused professional to assume the role of **Environmental Manager** for the construction of the Logistics Hub (160,000 m²) in Macrópolis, Lurín. In this role, you will serve as the guardian of environmental protection policies, ensuring that construction activities strictly comply with applicable Environmental Management Instruments and align with the *Toyota Environmental Challenge* and Carbon Neutrality goals. You will carry out your oversight duties with full functional independence from the construction management team.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
* Continuously supervise and audit environmental practices of all contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with applicable Environmental Management Instruments.
* Rigorously control proper segregation and handling of solid waste (hazardous and non-hazardous), coordinating final disposal through Solid Waste Operating Companies (EO\-RS).
* Monitor proper storage of hazardous substances (fuels, oils, paints) and ensure operational readiness of contingency plans for potential hydrocarbon spills that could affect soil quality.
* Monitor and control mitigation of emissions (particulate matter, combustion gases), noise, and effluents generated during the construction phase.
* Maintain an environmental compliance indicator $\\ge$ 95% to avoid severe contractual penalties for minor (0\.05%) or major (0\.10%) environmental non-compliances.
**What We Are Looking For:**
* A professionally qualified, licensed, and registered Environmental Engineer, Natural Resources Engineer, Environmental Management specialist, or equivalent.
* Demonstrable experience supervising environmental management in large-scale construction projects (ideally industrial, logistics, or mining).
* Strong command of current Peruvian environmental regulations and environmental impact assessment methodologies.
* Firmness, integrity, and leadership ability to enforce non-negotiable corporate environmental standards among contractors under *Fast\-Track* schedule pressures.
Salary: S/.9,000\.00 \- S/.10,000\.00 per month
