Job Summary: We are seeking a Land Manager – Negotiator to join our team, focused on data collection and negotiation with landowners for infrastructure projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are a company specializing in Land Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, ensuring nationwide execution of infrastructure and engineering projects. We are currently seeking new talent who share our mission to join our team as a Land Manager – Negotiator, to accurately collect data in the project’s designated area and reach fair and sustainable agreements with landowners and/or possessors. **Responsibilities:** * Collect information verifying land ownership within the project area. * Inform direct and indirect stakeholders about the characteristics of the project to be developed in the area or the need to deliver the service. * Negotiate with landowners and/or possessors (land parcels). * Operate a 4x4 pickup truck for transportation. * Report progress to the immediate supervisor using the established format. * Process and/or support payments to negotiated landowners and/or possessors. * Monitor completed negotiations to confirm that agreements have been secured. * Account for and use allocated resources efficiently. * Use assigned transportation efficiently. **Requirements:** * Technical or engineering degree in Geography. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and georeferenced graphic database software. * Valid driver’s license (Pickup Truck License). * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of GPS and Microsoft Office. * Skills: Strong negotiation ability and communication skills at all levels. * Competencies: Sociable, good interpersonal skills, strong writing ability, and ability to work under pressure. Salary: S/.1,900.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
