A specialized engineering company in telecommunications and applied technologies is seeking an **HSE / SSOMA Supervisor**, responsible for supervising and ensuring compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SOHE) standards during the execution of telecommunications, CCTV, structured cabling, fiber optic, and associated electrical project activities. The professional will be responsible for ensuring proper preventive management in the field, overseeing adherence to procedures, risk control, high-risk work, and organizational safety guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site compliance with SSOMA standards during telecommunications, CCTV, structured cabling, and electrical work activities. * Verify compliance with safe work procedures, ATS/IPERC, work permits, and operational controls. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive measures during field activities. * Conduct safety inspections, preventive observations, and follow-up on unsafe conditions and acts. * Supervise high-risk work including working at heights, electrical work, and use of tools/equipment in the field. * Ensure correct use of PPE, tools, and collective protective equipment. * Lead safety talks, inductions, and training for operational and technical staff. * Prepare SSOMA reports, incident reports, observations, and corrective action follow-ups. * Coordinate continuously with operations and field supervision to ensure safe execution of scheduled activities. * Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and current regulations for the project. **Requirements** * Licensed, registered, and authorized engineer in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HSE Supervisor, SSOMA Supervisor, or Safety Engineer in telecommunications, electricity, CCTV, fiber optics, or related sectors. * Experience supervising high-risk work: working at heights, electrical work, and field activities. * Experience developing and managing ATS, IPERC, work permits, and SSOMA documentation. * Desired experience in mining, industrial, energy, or telecommunications projects. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations applicable to field projects. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparation of technical reports. * Availability to work onsite in Callao. **Skills** * Leadership and management of operational personnel. * Effective communication and coordination ability. * Ability to make decisions in the field. * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. **Benefits** * Opportunity for professional development in telecommunications and applied technology projects. * Ongoing training in safety and operations. * Positive work environment and project stability. * Timely payments. * Potential for continuity in future organizational projects based on performance.
