Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to consolidate regional information on social performance, sustainability, and risks, designing and implementing document management processes. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implementation of regional document management processes 2. Management and monitoring of risk and occupational health and safety (OHS) matrices 3. Alignment with international standards (IFC, ISO 9001, ISO 45001) **Job Description** ---------------------- Consolidate and structure regional information on social performance, sustainability, and risks across the four key business units * Design and implement standardized regional document management processes and operational procedures (offices in 3 countries), ensuring proper adoption. * Consolidate and structure performance data and indicators (KPIs) originating from the C\&T, Operations, Sustainability, and Infrastructure units. * Provide continuous technical support to various departments in Peru and the region, ensuring they have appropriate methodological tools to generate accurate information. * Manage and monitor risk matrices, occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures, and the correct implementation of the internal grievance redress mechanism. * Promote and coordinate with leaders across departments to ensure timely collection of critical information required by investors and the Sustainability team. * Ensure alignment of local documentation practices with IFC international standards and internal management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001\). * Other duties inherent to the position **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Environmental, Civil or related fields) or Business Administration. * Solid knowledge of Management Systems under ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards. * Experience in analytical roles involving data management, document control, or implementation of management systems (MS). **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
