Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Engineer to develop, implement, and supervise the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System, and ensure regulatory compliance. Development and supervision of the SSOMA Plan We are looking for a professional **SSOMA Engineer** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preference: Female. * Bachelor's degree or licensed professional in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a safety supervisor or safety engineer. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health legislation (Law No. 29783 and its regulations), workplace inspection, and other related topics. * Willingness to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, implement, and supervise the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA) Plan. * Verify compliance with the Internal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health (RISST). * Organize training sessions, inductions, and awareness campaigns on Occupational Safety and Health. * Manage documentation and records of the Management System. * Prepare technical reports and monitor preventive and corrective actions. * Keep internal regulations up to date and advise various departments on Occupational Safety and Health matters. Salary: S/.3,500.00 \- S/.4,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
