Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Engineer with experience in structural reinforcement projects to implement and supervise safety, health, and environmental management. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work environment supported by a technical team. **Join our team as an SSOMA Engineer – Structural Reinforcement Project at a Shopping Mall!** We are looking for a licensed and registered **SSOMA Engineer** to participate in a reinforcement project at an operational shopping mall. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered engineer in Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in roles such as SSOMA Supervisor, Specialist, or Manager on building or construction projects. * Minimum 3 years of professional experience since registration in the field. * Specialization in occupational safety and health management within the construction sector: occupational risk prevention, first aid, integrated management systems, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, high-risk work, and SUNAFIL inspection processes. * Knowledge of current regulations: Law No. 29783, Supreme Decree No. 011-2019-TR, ISO 45001, ISO 14001. **Responsibilities** * Implement and supervise the occupational safety, health, and environmental management system in compliance with current regulations. * Coordinate and conduct training sessions, inductions, and emergency drills. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and establish control measures on site (IPER). * Monitor and supervise high-risk work activities. * Coordinate with the Site Resident and subcontractors on SSTMA matters. * Manage subcontractor access and verify compliance with client requirements. * Oversee environmental management: waste, noise, emissions, and environmental standards. * Prepare periodic SSOMA reports, indicators, and reports. * Develop and maintain the up-to-date SSTMA dossier. * Address requirements from regulatory bodies such as SUNAFIL and other oversight agencies. **What We Offer** * Participation in a technically demanding project. * Collaborative work environment supported by a technical team. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience and profile. * Job stability throughout the entire project duration. **How to Apply** Send your **documented CV** (with attached work certificates) to **recursoshumanos@icmontegrande.com.pe** Subject: **VACANCY: SSOMA SPECIALIST – ALAMEDA PLAZA REINFORCEMENT** Salary: S/.4,000.00 - S/.4,500.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
