Development and supervision of the SSOMA Plan We are looking for a professional **SSOMA Engineer** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preference: Female. * Bachelor's degree or licensed professional in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a safety supervisor or safety engineer. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health legislation (Law No. 29783 and its regulations), workplace inspection, and other related topics. * Willingness to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, implement, and supervise the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA) Plan. * Verify compliance with the Internal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health (RISST). * Organize training sessions, inductions, and awareness campaigns on Occupational Safety and Health. * Manage documentation and records of the Management System. * Prepare technical reports and monitor preventive and corrective actions. * Keep internal regulations up to date and advise various departments on Occupational Safety and Health matters.
