Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SSOMA Engineer to implement and supervise safety and environmental systems on construction sites, manage personnel, and coordinate with site management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and supervision of the SSOMA system on site. 2. Conduct safety talks and training for personnel. 3. Coordinate with site supervision and site management. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered engineer (preference: Civil, Environmental, Industrial, or related fields). * Minimum **6 YEARS VERIFIABLE** experience as an SSOMA Engineer on construction projects involving **earthworks and demolitions**. * Knowledge and application of **Occupational Safety and Health regulations**. * Development and monitoring of IPERC, ATS, PETS, and safety plans. * Supervision of high-risk activities (excavations, demolitions, heavy machinery operations). * Experience in safety inspections, incident reporting, and training. * Management of operational staff and contractors. * Willingness to work on-site. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and supervise the SSOMA system on site. * Monitor compliance with safety and environmental procedures. * Conduct safety talks and training for personnel. * Report incidents, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. * Coordinate with site supervision and site management. **We Offer:** * Formal employment (subject to evaluation). * Market-competitive remuneration. * Positive work environment. * SUBMIT SALARY EXPECTATIONS Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,000.00 \- S/.7,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
