Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor with experience in metal-mechanical construction projects to implement and manage safety, occupational health, and environmental matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and compliance of the OSHMS and EMS on site. 2. Conduct accident investigations and manage SSOMA documentation. 3. Promote safety and environmental awareness on the project. A metal-mechanical company is looking for an **SSOMA SUPERVISOR \- SITE** for a **METAL STRUCTURES** project in TRUJILLO, near **MOCHE, close to CATOLICA UNIVERSITY \- MOCHE INDUSTRIAL PARK**, who meets the following requirements: Requirements: * Industrial, Environmental, or related Engineering degree (Graduated) **\- Mandatory.** * Minimum 3 years of experience in metal-mechanical construction projects **\- Mandatory.** * **Experience preparing administrative safety management documents, KPIs, height work controls, and/or critical work controls.** * Valid certifications for height work and high-risk work \- **Mandatory.** * Must reside near **MOCHE, close to CATOLICA UNIVERSITY \- MOCHE INDUSTRIAL PARK**, or adjacent areas **\- Mandatory.** Main Responsibilities: * 1\. Implement and ensure compliance with the OSHMS and EMS. * 2\. Prepare and submit the active project DOSSIER. * 3\. Investigate accidents and incidents occurring on the project. * 4\. Enforce the annual SSOMA program on the project. * 5\. Properly manage OSHMS documentation. * 6\. Prepare and submit progress reports for the active project according to the frequency requested by supervision and/or client. * 7\. Responsible for sending documents via email and maintaining corresponding copies for the SSOMA and SIG departments. * 8\. Attend subcontractor meetings and provide relevant information. * 9\. Prepare environmental and safety reports for the project. * 10\. Report accidents and incidents occurring on the active project. * 11\. Verify third-party documentation. * 12\. Manage delivery of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) on site. * 13\. Conduct safety, occupational health, and environmental inductions for workers and third parties on the active project. * 14\. Ensure proper evacuation procedures for workers on site. * 15\. Carry out safety and environmental awareness campaigns on the project. * 16\. Manage subcontractor documentation for the project. * 17\. Maintain up-to-date project documentation files. * 18\. Ensure proper operation of project facilities including cafeteria, changing rooms, and restrooms. * 19\. Inspect the contents of the first-aid kit. * 20\. Comply with SIG regulations.
