Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as an SSOMAC Supervisor in industrial plants or companies within the same sector. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Experience conducting inspections, preparing reports, and investigating incidents. * Availability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm in Callao. Responsibilities: * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards on-site. * Conduct safety inspections and identify unsafe acts or conditions. * Prepare SSOMAC reports and documentation. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by staff. * Deliver safety talks and inductions. * Investigate workplace incidents and accidents. * Supervise adherence to safety procedures and standards. * Coordinate preventive and corrective actions. * Maintain up-to-date SSOMAC documentation.
