Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead operations, safety, quality, and financial management at CEIMIC Life Sciences Testing Group. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols **TECHNICAL MANAGER** At CEIMIC Life Sciences Testing Group, a leader in food, sanitary, environmental, and agricultural analysis, we are looking to hire a Technical Manager to join our team. **Education:** * Degree holder with current professional registration in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Requirements:** * Experience in Technical Management, Technical Quality or Environmental Auditing. * More than 7 years of experience as Laboratory Head / Manager in accredited third-party testing laboratories. * Managed more than 20 people, with at least five direct reports. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Operations Management:** Supervise daily operations, activity scheduling, shift planning, and equipment and inventory maintenance. Implement efficiency and resource optimization plans; implement performance indicators emphasizing adherence to client-agreed timelines, ensuring traceability and quality of each result**.** * **Safety and Quality:** Ensure compliance with safety protocols, implement quality control measures, and maintain up-to-date documentation. * **Financial Management:** Manage budgets and oversee the laboratory’s financial resources. * **Coordination and Communication:** Coordinate with technical department heads to meet established deadlines for handling complaints, non-conforming work, and corrective and preventive actions. When necessary, interact with clients to provide technical explanations and/or technical justifications. Other responsibilities apply. **Compensation:** Based on experience and interview evaluation.
