




Job Summary: We are seeking a Chemical or Environmental Engineer with experience in water treatment to provide technical advisory services and manage post-sales service in the mining and oil industries. Hidroquimica is seeking a professional Chemical Engineer and/or Environmental Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in mining, oil, and WATER TREATMENT (Mandatory), to perform the following responsibilities. **Applicants who do not meet the requirements are kindly requested to refrain from applying.** **PROFILE:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Treatment Technician, and/or specialization in Water Treatment or related fields. * Specialized courses in water treatment, boilers, chillers, and evaporative condensers. * Minimum 6 months of experience * Knowledge of: OSMOSIS, COOLING TOWERS, BOILERS **RESPONSIBILITIES:** a) Schedule technical advisory services and post-sales service for assigned clients and sectors. b) Prepare an annual work plan. c) Identify needs of current and potential clients within the assigned sector. d) Plan and conduct post-sales visits to assigned clients according to schedule and/or as required by the Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager. e) Submit detailed and substantiated budgetary requests. f) Ensure proper maintenance of assigned post-sales service equipment and report any deterioration; if equipment deterioration occurs, notify the Sales Manager within two business days. g) Prepare weekly activity reports and submit them to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager. h) Prepare quotations for current and potential clients. i) Submit expense reports related to post-sales service for assigned clients in coordination with the Administration, Finance, and Logistics Management. j) Present technical reports along with proposed solutions, alternatives, and/or strategies to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager. k) Inform the Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager of any customer complaints, issues, inquiries, requests, improvement opportunities, or identification of feasible projects from current and potential clients. l) Submit technical reports to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager following equipment inspections at plants. m) Obligation to sign and receive all documents delivered by the company. n) Report weekly activities and work scheduling to the Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager, as applicable. o) As non-supervised personnel, reports must be submitted between 08:30 AM and 06:30 PM. p) Deliver, either in person or virtually, supervision reports for boilers, cooling towers, chemical products, and/or equipment or unit operations to the designated area supervisor and/or person indicated by the Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager, for each assigned client. q) Efficiently manage individual performance indicators, either physically or virtually, during monthly review and progress meetings led by the Operations Manager. r) Perform other duties inherent to or related to the position, as directed by superiors. **SUPERVISED RESPONSIBILITIES:** a. Monitor results of samples collected from plants. b. Provide analysis sheets upon sample submission. c. Coordinate required technical information and content for technical advisory services to clients. d. Coordinate training needs and required knowledge. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** e. Attend talks or training sessions requested by superiors. f. Comply with ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 system guidelines and approaches implemented in the company. g. Manage delivery of the CITT.
