**EXPERTEC PERU S.A.C.**, is a company executing electromechanical projects for the industry. It is seeking an Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience for the following:
**Responsibilities**
· Conduct site visits to gather information.
· Perform analysis and develop quotations for projects.
· Present and justify quotations to management and clients.
· Collaborate in defining technical requirements and project engineering.
· Develop the work plan.
· Supervise and coordinate proper project execution, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and cost.
· Prepare the project descriptive report, as well as engineering and quality documentation.
· Comply with company safety and quality standards, as well as applicable regulations for each specialty.
· Verify APU (unit price analysis) performance compliance and propose improvements.
· Certify compliance with regulations, directives, and procedures for installations, ensuring service quality.
· Plan construction costs, materials, equipment, subcontracting, and indirect costs.
· Identify unforeseen events and implement contingency plans as required by the project.
· Control and document changes to contractual conditions and submit additional budgets (scopes, quantities, timelines, specifications, and others).
· Responsible for reporting to management on progress, productivity, contract management, and any significant project events.
· Responsible for timely submission of construction valuation to supervision.
· Responsible for final project delivery and issuance of the acceptance certificate.
· Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
· Assign tasks and responsibilities to subordinates.
Requirements:
· Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering.
· Certified 3-year experience in project execution and maintenance.
· Class A1 driver's license.
· Willingness to travel.
· Advanced proficiency in Office 365, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project, and Cost Estimation & Budgeting.
· Excellent leadership, communication, commitment, teamwork, results orientation, judgment, initiative, planning, and organizational skills.
· Preferably reside in Northern Lima.
