Professional growth and career path in technology We are looking for top talent to assume the role of **PROGRAMMER ANALYST**, whose primary responsibility will be ensuring the availability, stability, and continuous improvement of the organization’s core systems (XHIS, HCIS, ERP, and their integrations), resolving Level 3 incidents with technical judgment, communicating effectively with users and vendors, and maintaining a proactive, process-solution-oriented attitude. **Requirements:** · Technically certified professional or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related Information Technology fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience in Core Systems support, Healthcare IT, or ERP environments. · Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle; stored procedures, query optimization, and log analysis. · Knowledge of Windows Server operating system (basic administration, service and event management) and Linux (commands, logs, services). · Monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, etc. · Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, application ports; diagnostics using basic tools (PING, NETSTAT, TRACERT). · Experience with HIS/ERP systems, XHIS, HCIS, XRIS, or other healthcare environment systems. · Availability to work onsite in central Lima, Monday through Saturday, from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. **Responsibilities:** · Manage Level 3 incidents. · Escalation and communication with vendors · Creation and modification of forms · Monitoring and maintenance of systems and servers · Perform application updates and version deployments **Benefits:** · Formal employment under the MYPE labor regime starting on Day 1. · Competitive market-aligned salary. · Life Insurance (Law) and SCTR. · Ongoing training · Career-path opportunities and growth in technology.
