We are seeking an **Esports Referee (Shift Supervisor)**. You will be directly responsible for ensuring flawless daily studio operations—from enforcing player punctuality and discipline to resolving technical issues in real time—always safeguarding integrity and fair play in our broadcasts. Regarding your profile, we require: * **Supervision and Integrity:** Act as the highest authority in the studio during your shift, ensuring fair play, preventing any misconduct, and enforcing the official tournament rules. * **Player Management:** Monitor attendance, track player performance, motivate players during performance slumps, and ensure they maintain professional conduct. * **Live Operations:** Oversee proper broadcast functionality and ensure strict adherence to the match schedule (arrive minutes before shift handover for stream validation). * **Recordkeeping and Reporting:** Meticulously record match results in databases; draft detailed shift handover reports covering player status, technical incidents, and updates. * **Basic Technical Support:** Verify equipment status and promptly resolve first-level technical issues in a practical manner. * **Official Communication:** Serve as the liaison between players, the global associated team, and studio management, maintaining seamless communication through official channels. * **Studio Order:** Maintain order, general cleanliness, and compliance with confidentiality and security policies within the facility. Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years old. * **Availability:** Full flexibility to work rotating on-site shifts in San Isidro, Lima, Peru (24/7 operation, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays). * **Leadership:** Ability to manage interpersonal relationships, maintain discipline, and coordinate groups of young adults. * **Problem Solving:** Practical, solution-oriented mindset to rapidly resolve technical or operational issues under pressure in live broadcast environments. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficient computer skills, spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel), and familiarity with PlayStation 5 consoles and gaming PCs. * **Languages:** Intermediate English (ability to communicate via chat with the associated team) and fluent Spanish.
