Job Summary: We are seeking an Architecture Intern to support design, technical documentation, and construction activities for multifamily housing projects. Key Highlights: 1. Flexible working hours **ARCHITECTURE INTERN — Real Estate** Office: Central Tower | Work Mode: Remote with occasional in-person coordination meetings **About Us** We are a real estate company dedicated to developing and executing multifamily housing projects in Lima. We seek an Architecture Intern eager to learn the business from within: design, technical documentation, and construction. **Requirements** * Architecture student at Universidad de Lima or UPC * Currently enrolled in the 8th to 10th academic cycle * Proficiency in AutoCAD (architectural plans, sections, elevations, details) * Basic knowledge of rendering and 3D modeling (SketchUp + Enscape/Lumino, Revit, or similar) * Architectural drawing and preparation of presentation sheets * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor for team and client meetings * Availability to attend in-person coordination meetings as needed **Desirable (non-exclusive)** * Revit / BIM * Intermediate Excel * Photoshop or InDesign for presentations * Familiarity with Peruvian National Building Code (RNE A.010, A.020) and urban planning parameters **Responsibilities** * Support in developing architectural drawings and updating presentation sheets * Creation of 3D views and renders for pre-sales materials * Assistance in preparing area schedules, unit capacity calculations, and unit distribution layouts * Digitization and organization of project technical documentation * Support in cross-disciplinary coordination meetings **We Offer** * Market-aligned financial stipend * Remote work mode with flexible hours * Formal internship agreement and certificate * Direct participation in ongoing real projects * Cross-disciplinary learning: design, cost estimation, and real estate management Salary: S/.805.81 – S/.1,546.36 per month Work Location: Hybrid, Surco, Lima
