At MAK Real Estate Solutions, we are currently seeking an Architecture Intern who is eager to learn, contribute, and develop professionally in real estate projects. Requirements: * Architecture student, preferably from the 7th semester onward, or an Architecture bachelor's degree holder. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong graphic expression skills. * Proficiency in 3ds Max or SketchUp. * Ability to prepare and modify architectural drawings. * Knowledge of on-site measurement and architectural surveys. * Basic knowledge of the National Building Regulation (RNE). * Knowledge or experience in municipal procedures and/or SUNARP. * Knowledge of physical-legal regularization of properties (preferred). * Basic proficiency in Excel and Word. Preferred Qualifications: * Proficiency in V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or other rendering engines. * Proficiency in Photoshop. * Prior experience in real estate projects, surveys, or property-related procedures.
