Position Summary: Support the planning, coordination, and documentation of transportation routes and waste handling operations, interacting with suppliers and customers to ensure efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Route, schedule, and resource coordination for efficient operations. 2. Supplier negotiation and expertise in transportation and procurement. 3. Preparation of statistical reports and KPI management. Support route, schedule, and resource planning and coordination to ensure efficient and safe operations. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and archiving permits, manifests, records, and other required documents for transportation and waste handling. Collect data on daily operations, timing, costs, and compliance to support team decision-making. Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure effective communication. Quote freight rates according to requirements (vans, trailers, trucks). Quote equipment rentals (forklifts, cranes, crane trucks, etc.). Build a city-wise database of new suppliers. Issue Purchase Orders, Service Orders, and Payment Authorizations. Process documents to be submitted to Accounting. Schedule agile and efficient routes for daily pickups. Prior internship experience (preferred) in pre-professional practices within logistics \- transportation fields. Preparation of statistical reports and KPI management (e.g., waiting time, service time, false freight charges). Profile Requirements: * Proficiency in performance indicators and experience in scheduling (preferred). * In-depth knowledge of the transportation industry and strong supplier negotiation skills; also essential: procurement, quotation, invoicing, or related experience. * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related disciplines. * Intermediate or Advanced Excel proficiency. Intermediate Power BI proficiency. * Teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, assertive communication, information analysis, and critical thinking. * Knowledge of ISO and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards. Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
