Job Summary: A prominent women's fashion company is seeking a Community Manager and Content Creator to manage social media accounts, produce visual and strategic content, and monitor campaign performance. MISS LADY EIRL, a leading women's fashion company with over 10 years in the market, is looking for the following profile: COMMUNITY MANAGER \- CONTENT CREATOR REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields. \- Studies in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising. \- Experience using social media platforms and proficiency with enterprise-level tools on these platforms. \- Knowledge of the fashion industry (prior experience at a fashion company is preferred). \- Basic proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator). \- Ability to design creative campaigns with strong aesthetic sensibility across various platforms. \- Proficiency in managing social media. \- Passion for branding, creativity, and strong aesthetic sensibility. o Full-time availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Develop a calendar of activities and posts across various social media platforms and communication channels, both ATL and BTL. \- Produce graphic assets (photos and/or videos) according to the proposed calendar for different platforms (Reels, Stories, Posts, etc.). \- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as visibility, engagement, interactions, etc. \- Present results and continuous improvement plans. \- Propose promotions, discounts, and other sales-driving activities aligned with the calendar. \- Build an influencer marketing portfolio and establish ongoing relationships with influencers to ensure consistent content creation.
