If you wish to join a growing textile export company and have experience in the textile industrial sector, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Creation of operational sequences for cutting, sewing, pre-finishing, and finishing. * Collection of information on derivative garments. * Measurement and validation of times and efficiency in plant and field operations across cutting, sewing, pre-finishing, and finishing areas. * Methods and time analysis. * Preparation of incentive worksheets for pre-finishing and quality operators. * Analysis and layout of work areas. * Line balancing. * Development and monitoring of area-specific work procedures. * Training of new staff. * Development of graphical process representations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Soft skills and teamwork ability. * Availability to work between Argentina Avenue and Dueñas Street. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under the General Regime. * Family allowance (if applicable). * Full bonus (two salaries per year). * CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) – one salary per year. * 30 days of vacation. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for learning and professional development.
