Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Textile Machine Operators to operate industrial sewing machines, meet quality standards, and maintain the work area at Industria Pima Cotton S.A.C. Opportunity for development and growth within the company We are INDUSTRIA PIMA COTTON S.A.C., a leading textile sector company, and we are currently seeking committed, responsible individuals with garment manufacturing experience to fill the position of TEXTILE MACHINE OPERATOR. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * Must be of legal age. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a textile machine operator or operating industrial sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, coverstitch, or others). * Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes. * Proactive, responsible individual with the ability to work in a team. * Availability to work full-time and perform overtime when required. * Availability to work in the Cercado de Lima district. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate industrial sewing machines for garment manufacturing. * Meet established quality standards and production deadlines. * Verify proper garment finishing during the manufacturing process. * Promptly report any machine malfunctions or garment defects. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations and other duties assigned by the supervisor. **WE OFFER** * Biweekly salary payments. * Formal employment under the General Regime from day one. * Family allowance (if applicable). * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, and EsSalud). * Ongoing training. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity for development and growth within the company.
