Job Summary: We are seeking licensed and registered Civil Engineers or Architects qualified to serve as Site Resident or Construction Manager. Key Highlights: 1. PROFESSIONALS: CIVIL ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT – LICENSED, REGISTERED, AND AUTHORIZED, WITH SITE SUPERVISION EXPERIENCE IN CUSCO AND/OR NEARBY PROVINCES EXPERIENCE: At least five (05\) years, supported by a copy of the certificate of registration with the respective professional association. Provide evidence of participation in at least two (02\) projects as Site Resident and/or Resident Engineer and/or Construction Manager, or similar roles. S/ 5,000 soles, inclusive of all statutory benefits. Simple copies of signed contracts along with corresponding acceptance documents, certificates, or any other verifiable documentation demonstrating the candidate's professional experience. Also required: a simple copy of the documented curriculum vitae and a sworn statement confirming authorization to perform the assigned duties. If selected, the candidate must sign a letter of commitment agreeing to perform services in the assigned position.
