Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage the activities of operational staff, ensuring optimal service delivery at the assigned unit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination with clients and handling of observations At OL Servicios Generales, we are looking for a: **Cleaning Supervisor** **Primary Function** Oversee and manage the activities of Team Leaders or Supervisors, Resident Supervisors, within the assigned operational unit, ensuring optimal service delivery. **Requirements** * Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in hotels, restaurants, etc.). **Benefits** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Career development path. * Positive work environment. **Job Responsibilities** * Develop work routines for the units under supervision. * Verify compliance with established work activities in each unit under supervision. * Train, onboard, and support operational staff on cleaning procedures to ensure proper job performance. * Coordinate with clients regarding cleaning service delivery and address any observations and/or complaints. * Other duties as required by the position.
