Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Assistant to manage and coordinate documentation, information, and operational reports, supporting the Resident Engineer in the Oil & Gas sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Document management and daily reporting. 2. Coordination of information with area personnel. 3. Direct assistance to the Resident Engineer. **Company Description** We are ETSA Technical Studies, a company specialized in the Oil \& Gas sector. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Field Assistant**. **Job Description** * Copy or transmit all information received regarding the service from the Resident Engineer, Cusco base, or Lima base to the relevant area personnel. * Responsible for deliverables such as: minutes, daily reports, receipt, inventories, custody, preservation and maintenance, reports, forms, specific instructions, and general documents. * Maintain up-to-date digital records evidencing effective operations, ensuring procedures, instructions, forms, and general documents are available at their points of use and easily accessible. * Keep all area personnel informed about modifications and updates to all documentation. * Channel daily information received from respective personnel for preparation of the daily report. * Coordinate directly with the Resident Engineer on documents to be generated for delivery. * Verify formats and documents generated by all areas for control purposes. * Assist the Resident Engineer in duties inherent to their role. * Report any field anomalies detected. * Perform other similar duties as directed by the Employer or hierarchical superior based on operational needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Technical studies in Accounting, Automotive Mechanics, Surveying, Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Business Administration — mandatory. * Knowledge of design, construction, operation, and maintenance of plants or pipelines (desirable). * Experience as a field assistant on construction projects or performing similar functions — minimum 2 years. * Residence in Cusco. **Additional Information** * Enrollment in the company payroll with all statutory benefits effective from the first day of work. * 80% EPS coverage for the employee, spouse, and children up to 18 years of age. * 100% statutory life insurance coverage effective from the first day of work.
