Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer for construction projects at sports establishments, responsible for ensuring proper execution and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Main technical supervisor responsible for construction execution 2. Ensures compliance with the technical file and regulations 3. Experience in sports facilities and coliseums A full-time (100%) Resident Engineer is required for construction projects at sports recreation facilities, sports installations, and related establishments. The Resident Engineer will serve as the primary technical supervisor for proper project execution, ensuring compliance with the technical file, applicable regulations, and contractual provisions. **Requirements** Minimum thirty-six (36) months of experience as a Resident Engineer and/or Supervision Manager and/or Inspector and/or Chief Resident Engineer and/or Resident Director and/or Resident Manager and/or Chief Resident Manager, calculated from the date of professional registration. Experience in projects corresponding to the specialty of: CONSTRUCTION AND RELATED WORKS — Subspecialty: SPORTS ESTABLISHMENTS OR SPACES: * HIGH-PERFORMANCE SPORTS FACILITIES * SPORTS STADIUMS AND COLISEUMS * RECREATIONAL SPORTS FACILITIES Employment type: Full-time Experience: * Resident Engineer in Sports Establishments or Spaces: 3 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
