Job Summary: We are seeking a Front-End Developer with strong technical expertise and design sensitivity to build interactive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces. Key Highlights: 1. Work with cutting-edge technologies and integrate AI into development. **What We’re Looking For:** We seek a Front\-End Developer with solid technical foundations and design sensitivity to translate UX wireframes and product requirements into interactive, responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces. **Key Responsibilities:** * Build reusable and scalable user interface (UI) components using modern frameworks. * Optimize web application performance and loading speed. * Collaborate closely with the Back\-End development team for seamless API and service integration. * Ensure visual design consistency aligned with brand guidelines. * Participate in code reviews, maintain front\-end technical documentation, and perform cross-browser and cross-device testing/debugging. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. * **Technical Foundation:** Strong understanding of front\-end–relevant computing concepts (algorithms, data structures, and web architecture). * **Experience:** Demonstrable hands-on experience building production-ready web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular). * **Best Practices:** Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, responsive/mobile\-first design, and web accessibility standards (WCAG). * **Tools:** Familiarity with version control systems (Git), collaborative workflows (Pull Requests), and design tools (Figma). **Our General Tech Stack & Environment:** We work with cutting-edge technologies and integrate Artificial Intelligence into our daily development workflow: * JS/TS, React, Vue, Nuxt v4\. * AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions. * Daily use of AI tools (Windsurf, Copilot, Codex). **Position Details:** * **Employment Type:** Full-time. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (office in Miraflores with flexibility for partial remote work from home).
